Our Story
Clifford Family Farm is a vegetable and cut flower farm nestled in Alexandria Township right up the road from Frenchtown, NJ. The farm was established in 2017 and is run by owners Liam Clifford and Kimberly Clifford along with their two young sons Sampson and Peter. We attend farmers markets in Westfield and Montgomery Township, NJ and we are off a Market CSA through our market stands. We grow a wide range of mixed vegetables and herbs offering many unique and heirloom varieties, fruits and mixed flowers. We grow everything naturally; using only natural pesticides, NON- GMO crops, and all natural fertilizers. On Clifford Family Farm we value being able to work in the outdoors and appreciate and learn from how the environment impacts what we grow every season. We work to protect and enhance the land that we are cultivating every day through the use of sustainable practices. Our goal is to share the wealth of delicious vegetables and fruits we get to enjoy every day with our market communities and to maintain our farm with healthy, natural practices to sustain the land for generations to come.
On the farm we have a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, herbs, and flowers throughout the season. We grow a wide mix of vegetables; greens, tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic, potatoes, etc. the list goes on and on! We have multiple plantings of many crops throughout the season to keep a steady supply at our markets. We grow some fruit including strawberries, melons, and husk cherries and are working towards establishing more fruit crops down the road. Currently we offer blueberries, peaches, and apples at our markets while in season sourced from other local NJ farms. We also incorporate a wide range of fresh flowers throughout the farm ranging from our early peonies and snapdragons to the later variety of zinnias and dahlias! We offer beautiful mixed bouquets at our market while flowers are in season.
Come visit us at our markets to enjoy the bounty of delicious and healthy produce. If you are a frequent visitor at our markets you may want to join our Market CSA!
